Pomona Hardwood Floors has been a family owned business since 1996. We do residential and commercial installs. Our focus is on impeccable experience for our customers from initial conversation through the final product.
We are hiring for multiple positions due to growth. We are looking for installers, business operations, and assistants. For installers we are looking for individuals that are true craftsmen. Mainly looking for experienced technicians, but willing to train if the right candidate comes along. Expect to install, refinish, sand, stain, prep, and everything else that goes into a professional hardwood floor install. We expect our team to be responsible and accountable. You will be running your own job sites, interacting with our clients, and eventually if you want to manage your crew.
